- Develop a national roadmap for establishing a system of lifelong training of building workers in the realm of energy efficiency;
- Establish national platform from institutions that support the achievement of national goals and roadmap, which will define the target groups and qualifications that should be included in the process of continued education and further training;
- Provide the endorsement of the national roadmap by: 1) non-government institutions, and by 2) government, process managed by the Steering committee.
